This Privacy Policy applies to the Mumble AI services (“Mumble AI”, “Mumble” or the “Platform”), namely the Mumble AI application for macOS desktop. Mumble AI is provided by Narya.ai Inc. (“we” or “us”), a corporation building productivity software, including Mumble AI.
We recognize that your privacy is very important, and we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and otherwise process your personal information in connection with our services.
This Privacy Policy applies globally, with jurisdiction-specific provisions detailed in the Supplemental Terms – Jurisdiction-Specific section. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use Mumble AI.

Scope of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy covers personal information we process when you:

We transform audio and other content you submit into text and structured outputs (such as summaries, structured notes, and to-do lists) using automatic speech recognition, OCR where applicable, and AI technology. We may also collect the notes or edits you make on the output generated by our services based on your input.
Files and other content you upload or attach.
You may upload or link:
* documents, images, screenshots, recordings, links, and other files
* attachments associated with meetings or notes (e.g., slides, PDFs, reference materials).
Connected services and integrations.
When you choose to connect third-party services to Mumble AI, we may access and store data from those services, such as:
* Calendar services (e.g., Google Calendar): event details such as title, description, participants, time, duration, and meeting links
* Contact services (e.g., Google Contacts): contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, job titles, and company information
* Other productivity or communication tools that you explicitly connect to Mumble AI, in accordance with their permissions and your settings.
We only access and use such information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and as permitted by the relevant third-party provider’s terms and policies.

2.3 Marketing and Advertising

* deliver advertising, including targeted advertising, within Mumble AI or on our other channels

2.4 Improvement of Your Experience

2.5 Safety, Security and Integrity

* detect and combat abuse, harmful activity, fraud, misuse, spam and illegal activity on Mumble AI
* monitor and prevent security risks or technical issues that could affect Mumble AI, our users, or our systems
* protect your account, our services, and our corporate group
* enforce our Terms of Service and other policies.
2.6 Legal Compliance

* comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations
* respond to lawful requests, investigations, or proceedings
* exercise, establish, or defend legal claims

2.7 Technology Development and Research

* train and improve the models and technologies that power Mumble AI’s features (for example, to improve transcription accuracy, summarization quality, and task extraction), in accordance with applicable law and our contractual commitments
* develop and analyze statistics on the use of Mumble AI to improve our products and services.
Google Workspace data.
Our use of information received from Google APIs (including Google Workspace APIs such as Calendar and Contacts) will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not share your personal information except as described in this Privacy Policy.
We may share your personal information in one or more of the following circumstances:
3.1 Sharing with Your Consent
We may share information with third parties with your consent or at your direction. For example, when you explicitly choose to send a note, summary, or exported file to another service or person.
3.2 Sharing with Business Partners
Some of our services are provided by or in cooperation with trusted partners. We may share your necessary personal information with the following categories of partners:
* Social networks and identity providers. If you choose to register or log in using a third-party account (e.g., Google, Apple), we share certain information as necessary to enable that login.

* Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers. We use cloud providers to host our services and store data securely.
* Analytics, telemetry, and error-reporting providers. We share pseudonymized or aggregated usage and diagnostic data with providers that help us analyze performance, debug issues, and improve Mumble AI.
* Payment, billing, and customer support providers. These partners may handle payments, subscription management, customer support tickets, communications, and security-related services on our behalf.
* Third-party SDK or similar components. If Mumble AI or related websites contain third-party SDKs or widgets, those providers may collect information directly under their own privacy policies.
We take reasonable steps to ensure that these partners only process your information in accordance with our instructions, this Privacy Policy, and applicable laws, and that appropriate security measures are in place.
We strongly recommend that you read the privacy provisions of any third-party services or SDKs before using them. If you become aware of any risks related to such SDKs or components, you should stop using the relevant features and contact us promptly.
3.3 Sharing within the Corporate Group
We may share your information with other members, subsidiaries, or affiliates of our corporate group. These entities may process your information as necessary to provide important functions such as:

Currently, our primary servers for storing personal information related to Mumble AI are located in the United States. Although data-protection standards may differ between jurisdictions, we apply protections that we believe are appropriate and reasonably designed to keep your personal information secure and to minimize the risk of unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

We may need to verify your identity before responding to your request, and we will respond within a reasonable period or within the timeframe required by applicable law.
As further described in the Supplemental Terms – Jurisdiction-Specific, you may have additional rights depending on your jurisdiction (for example, under CCPA or GDPR).
6. How We Process Minors’ Information
Mumble AI is not directed at children under the age of 13 or under the minimum age defined in the applicable laws or regulations of your jurisdiction (“Minimum Age”).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the Minimum Age. If you are under the Minimum Age, please do not use Mumble AI and do not send your personal information to us.
If you believe we may have collected information about a child under the Minimum Age, please contact us using the contact information in Section 9. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the Minimum Age, we will promptly delete such information and terminate the associated account.
If you have reached the Minimum Age but are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use Mumble AI under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You and your parent or legal guardian should read this Privacy Policy together before you provide any personal information to us.
7. International Transfers
To provide services to you, we may process and transfer your personal information in and to countries or regions outside your country of residence, including the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.

10. Language

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy or in the Supplemental Terms – Jurisdiction-Specific, this Privacy Policy is established, comes into force, and will be enforced and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Privacy Policy will be resolved in accordance with the dispute-resolution provisions in our Terms of Service.
12. Supplemental Terms – Jurisdiction-Specific
In the event of a conflict between the provisions of the Supplemental Terms – Jurisdiction-Specific applicable to your jurisdiction and the rest of this Privacy Policy, the Supplemental Terms – Jurisdiction-Specific shall prevail for that jurisdiction.

6. How We Process Minors’ Information
Mumble AI is not directed at children under the age of 13 or under the minimum age defined in the applicable laws or regulations of your jurisdiction (“Minimum Age”).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the Minimum Age. If you are under the Minimum Age, please do not use Mumble AI and do not send your personal information to us.
If you believe we may have collected information about a child under the Minimum Age, please contact us using the contact information in Section 9. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the Minimum Age, we will promptly delete such information and terminate the associated account.
If you have reached the Minimum Age but are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use Mumble AI under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
